PRE-LAUNCH Continuity practice for SME teams

Rehearse disruption.
Keep business moving.

Omneta Ready is a proposed AI facilitator for multiplayer business continuity drills—built for adult teams that need useful practice, not another static plan.

We’ll only use these details for research and pilot access.

Pilot interviews first. No payment, product access, or emergency service is being offered today.

EVIDENCE, NOT ENDORSEMENTS

Small businesses carry outsized risk with limited rehearsal time.

These figures describe the problem landscape. They are not evidence that Omneta Ready works; pilot research must establish that.

A REHEARSAL, NOT A SLIDE DECK

Practice the decisions that matter before the pressure is real.

  1. 01

    Set the scenario

Choose a disruption such as a supplier failure, power loss, or system outage, then add the team’s real constraints.

  2. 02

    Run the rehearsal

A voice-led facilitator introduces timed injects while adult team members decide, communicate, and adapt together.

  3. 03

    Turn gaps into actions

The debrief separates assumptions from evidence and produces an owner-ready list of follow-up actions.

PROPOSED CAPABILITIES

A calm facilitator for messy operational conversations.

01

Adaptive injects

The scenario changes in response to team decisions, without pretending to predict the real world.

02

Role-aware facilitation

Prompts can reflect operations, finance, communications, and leadership responsibilities.

03

Evidence-linked debriefs

Teams can connect observations to their own plans, contacts, and recovery priorities.

04

Repeatable practice

Re-run a scenario after process changes and compare readiness signals over time.

AI, DISCLOSED

Where automation helps—and where human judgment stays.

LLMDraft scenarios and adapt fictional injectsHuman facilitator approves scenario boundaries
Speech-to-textOptional transcription of team inputNo mandatory recording; retention controls required
Text-to-speechVoice-led scenario facilitationSynthetic voice clearly disclosed; no voice cloning
Image / videoOptional synthetic scenario artifactsAlways labeled as simulated, never passed off as real evidence

SOCIAL VALUE & SAFEGUARDS

Preparedness should build agency, not false confidence.

  • Training-only: no live emergency coordination or official alerts.
  • Adult workplace teams only; the product is not designed for minors.
  • No disaster prediction, compliance certification, or guaranteed outcome claims.
  • Scenario assumptions, synthetic content, and data retention must be visible and controllable.

PROPOSED COMMERCIAL MODEL

Useful enough to fund repeat practice.

We expect a B2B subscription per business location, plus usage for facilitated drills. Exact packaging and pricing are intentionally unclaimed until pilot interviews test purchasing behavior.

HONEST ROADMAP

What exists now—and what still needs proof.

NOW

Concept validation

Interview SME operators, map real drill friction, and recruit a small pilot cohort.

NEXT

Facilitated prototype

Test one bounded scenario flow, debrief usefulness, accessibility, and data controls.

THEN

Measured pilot

Compare pre/post readiness signals and repeat participation without claiming certification.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED PLAINLY

Before you volunteer your team.

Is this an emergency management system?

No. Omneta Ready is a training and preparedness product. It does not monitor live incidents, dispatch responders, or replace official guidance.

Does it predict disasters or certify compliance?

No. Scenarios are simulations, not forecasts. The product does not issue certifications or legal assurances.

Who is it for?

Adult teams at small and medium-sized businesses, especially operators responsible for continuity, facilities, supply chains, or customer service.

What does the AI do?

Planned AI functions include scenario drafting with an LLM, speech-to-text for optional team input, text-to-speech facilitation, and clearly labeled synthetic scenario media.

Will recordings be required?

No. The intended product will make voice participation optional and define retention controls before pilots begin.

What stage is the product at?

Pre-launch concept validation. There is no released product, customer base, or proven performance claim yet.

How will it be priced?

The proposed model is a per-location subscription with usage for facilitated drills. Pricing will be tested with pilot teams before it is published.
